Our Approach

We start every project with a meeting with the client; either in person, or by phone. The aim is to understand what functions they would like to outsource, and to what capacity. Our team then analyzes the client’s business and those of its competitors, to determine what opportunities exist to optimize those functions.

After a second meeting with the client going over the findings, an action plan is agreed upon with timely deliverables, metrics, and measurable results. The SDC team then gets to work to fulfill what’s been outlined in the action plan and monitors for any potential roadblocks to success.

Regular updates are provided to the client to ensure full transparency is maintained throughout the process.
