Role & Responsibility

  • Responsible for handling complete recruitment cycle of Field Executives
  • Ability to manage 2 -3 requirements a day.
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion submittal into an interview.
  • Recruiters responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and proving a shortlist of qualified candidates.
  • Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available.
  • Shortlisting resumes based on several factors such as skills, locations, experience, previous employers etc.
  • Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening.
  • Finalizing the interview schedule and making the interviewers available for taking the interview.
  • Job Postings in job portals.
  • Assist HR Head in day to day activities.
  • Following up with candidates for pre offer documents.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and MIS.

Job description

  • Designing and developing user interfaces using angular best practices.
  • Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
  • Writing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  • Developing product analysis tasks.
